U.S. Phoenix Eyes Mexico But The Game's The Same

The Greyzone's Ben Norton has identified a plan to topple Mexico's President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador using another cardboard cutout opposition. https://thegrayzone.com/2020/06/18/mexico-overthrow-president-amlo-boa/

This revelation is important but it's a mistake to focus on one country like Mexico, just as the alt news did with Venezuela. This is a systematic method of secretive domination that is being used around the world - and it is just as much about Event Co-vid as this or that country.

In this response I will show how all U.S. foreign policy links back to the the Phoenix Program in Vietnam in the 1970s.

The U.S. has been overthrowing Mexican leaders for 150 years. Interference in foreign affairs long pre-dates Phoenix but looking more broadly at recent events, not just this or that country, provides the context essential to identify the broader policy. The most significant (attempted) overthrow in recent times is not Mexico or Venezuela. It is Bolivia.

Bolivia encapsulates the U.S. policy of destroying any attempt by Central American countries in particular to forge an economy that caters to the needs of all its population. In short, Morales created the first indigenous government instead of rule by a small planter class - in other words an attempt to drag the country into a rough approximation of the democratic era. It was not a mere matter of democracy or representation. It was about the very survival of indigenous population through their rights to food and especially water.

Not only was Morales' movement crushed in a most reactionary manner - the U.S. exposed/overplayed its hand by also backing the looting/privatization of key assets.

Bolivia is the object lesson in many other ways. I was a crucible of military rule from 1964 to 1982, a poster child for the business-friendly junta that the U.S. State Department (CIA) loves so much. Yet the economic record of "the business class" was disastrous. Faced with the choice of creating a working economy that could feed the population it chose repression instead. Faced with the opportunity to invest, diversify and strengthen the Bolivian economy it looted it instead and stashed wealth abroad.

Bolivia was a one of the countries the Nazis fled to - or rather moved to, with the assistance of Operation Paperclip and other U.S. efforts to create a feather bed for homeless fascists. And not any old Nazi. Klaus Barbie who, like Adolf Eichmann in Argentina and (see Paul Manning) Martin Bormann in Brazil, whipped Latin America into shape under the admiring gaze of Uncle Sam.

From Bolivia, Barbie helped train police and military from both ends of the continent and shaped the Phoenix Program that the CIA used in Vietnam. He also trained the police and military in civilian repression, which allowed the "business class" to remain in power... (Watch the movies by Costa-Gavras: Missing (1982) or State of Siege (1972) about Dan Mitrione - or watch the The Battle of Algiers (1966) which Barbie used as a training film for police repression.)

Thus completing the circle, you cannot separate the looting of Central and Latin America from U.S. support for Nazis; from the close cooperation behind the scenes of Hitler's Reich and the CIA, FBI, and U.S. military intelligence; from the merger of the U.S. and German business class (see the merger of Standard Oil and IG Farben); and from all the economic policies that followed.

NAFTA was the U.S equivalent of Hitler's busting of the unions and freezing of wages. It was Corporatist Government rising above the borders... which was called under Hitler, Lebensraum (living space for corporations, sold as living space for people) the pursuit of cheap labor and raw materials... and which evolved at the Red House Meeting when Martin Bormann realized that it was not necessary to smash borders militarily if you can simply rise above them. This brings us to Mexico.

ATLANTIC ALLIANCE > NAZI HYDRA > GLOBALIZATION > NWO
LEBENSRAUM > NAFTA/WTO > CLIMATE CHANGE > CO-VID

However, Americans and indeed all of the world’s people face and even greater threat to their freedoms. The threat comes from the attempt to take fascism world wide through the WTO and so-called free trade agreements. This writer is not an isolationist in fact I whole-heartily endorse free trade. However, free trade means one thing and one thing only a reduction in or elimination of tariffs. Any trade agreement that goes beyond those boundaries is just another step towards global fascism and corporate rule.
In free countries, the laws are determined by the people or representatives of the people they are not set by some corporate fiat. However, that is not the case with the recent trade agreements such as GATT, NAFTA, the now defeated MAI or the present negotiations on GATS. All of these so-called trade agreements contain provisions that either overwrite exiting labor and environmental laws or mandates payment to any corporation that perceives itself to be injured by public policy and the laws of a sovereign nation or both. Further, these so called free trade treaties set up corporate tribunals as the final arbitrator in any disputes rendering the court system and national sovereignty mute.
The Mexican state of San Luis Potosi refused (in 1996) to allow US based Metalclad Corporation a permit to reopen its waste disposal site. The state governor ordered the site closed down after a geological survey showed the site would contaminate the local water supply. The governor then went further declaring the site part of a 600,000 ecological zone to protect the water supply. Metalclad sued under Chapter 11 of NAFTA seeking $90 million in compensation. Eventually the case was settled with an award to Metalclad for $17 million. Under GATS Mexico would have faced additional trade sanctions.

That brings us to Event Co-vid and Ghislaine Maxwell which are all extensions of the same plan (Brave New World is a handy guide since it combines all three - and Aldous Huxley has been identified through his own letters as helping to run the CIA's MK Ultra program).

Johan Galtung: "Personal violence in domination is the tool of the amateur. Professionals use social and political structures."

To connect 1960s and 1970s repression with Event Co-vid read The Phoenix Program, http://www.douglasvalentine.com/the_phoenix_program_.htm which is discusses in the video below by Douglas Valentine:

"These were FBI-style secret police networks with vast networks of informers and if you did not inform for the government you were considered a sympathizer for the insurgency. So people were coerced through implicit terror: If you don't support the government then we consider you an enemy. This is George Bush's "Either you are with us or against us".
"The whole society started to unravel. That is what the CIA wants. It was billed as protecting the people from terrorism. The CIA conducts all its operations under cover of civic action: we are going to build a dispensary for you, we are going to send in the White Helmets but all the time it is targeting you for recruitment and if you refuse you become an enemy.
"The Vietnamese were indomitable but the Phoenix Program emerged as the silver lining. Congress, the DoJ, the ruling elite saw that the Phoenix methodology was the way the empire would police the world. It's been perfected in the 40 years since then. It was immediately applied by officers who had been in the Phoenix Program in El Salvador and Nicaragua and in Central America...They ended up in Iraq and Afghanistan. The DHS has set up Fusion Centers in each stage that operate exactly the way the Phoenix Centers work."
